Nilgun:

I was born in Istanbul in 1950. I am a graduate of Uskudar American Academy . I have worked in Uniroyal Tire Company until our son Ömer was born; then I have worked in the American Hospital and Robert College . I have tutored Turkish as second language to the foreign businessmen in Istanbul . Since I am retired I keep myself very busy with my beloved hobbies, aquarelle painting, playing classical guitar, shooting and editing video films, making animations in my mini-studio in the boat, and of course, sailing.

I was born in Istanbul in 1949. I have graduated from Istanbul Technical University , and after working as Engineer and Manager at various posts, I have retired and devoted myself to the seas. I am a member of Atakoy Marina Yacht Club. My goal is to set sail to the seas of the world with a self sufficient sailing boat, and to share my experiences with our friends.

Omer:

Has graduated from the Bilgi University , Faculty of Business Administration. He has just (May 2005) completed his military service, and now looking for a job. We are hoping that he will join us at the boat during his summer vacations.
